Wanda Stopa was a young ambitious woman on the rise. She graduated law school at the top her her class in 1921. She was shortly after named the youngest and first woman Assistant United States District Attorney in Chicago, Ilinois. But she threw it all away to live the Flapper lifestyle. Married to a Russian Count, she falls for an American Advertising Executive, Y. Kenley Smith. When he refused to leave his wife and marry her, she accidentally shot his gardener, Henry Manning. She was found the next day, in Detroit, Michigan, at a hotel, poisoned.
