In October 1927, in the French Quarter of New Orleans, Louisiana, housekeeper Nettie Compass walked into the apartment she was supposed to clean and found it covered in blood. Once the police arrived, they found the dismembered bodies of Leonide Moity and her sister-in-law, Theresa Moity, stuffed into trunks in the bedrooms of the apartment. After a quick search, the man responsible for their deaths was caught. Henry Moity, the husband of Theresa, made easy work for the police when he confessed to the murders. But his story doesn't end there.
