RoboCop Killer - Len Davis

Kim Groves was a 32 year old resident of New Orleans, Louisiana in 1994.  She was a mother and was also kinda considered the "neighborhood" mom, always cheering on the neighborhood kids, getting on to them when they needed it, and looking out for them.  She had a run in with a NOPD officer, Len Davis, on day after he had beat a young man he had mistakenly identified as a suspect that had shot a fellow officer.  Kim filed a formal complaint against Davis, which sealed her fate.  Once the RoboCop caught wind of this complaint, he took matters into his own hands and hired someone to "take care" of Kim for him.  Sadly, no one would find out about this plan until it was too late and Kim had lost her life.
