On November 24, 1971, an average looking man, who identified himself as Dan Cooper, bought a one way ticket from Portland, Oregon to Seattle, Washington. During this flight he informed the flight attendant that he had a bomb and a list of demands she needed to take to the pilots. Once his demands were met, the flight landed, but then took off again headed towards Reno, Nevada. Somewhere between Seattle and Reno, D. B. Cooper and his bag full of money, jumped out of the plane.
