in November 1989 in Indianapolis, Indiana a young mother, Amy Weidner, was brutally attacked and murdered in her home. She had stayed home sick from school that day and was home with her 2 year old daughter. With no witnesses, her case went cold and unsolved for over 20 years. Another officer with the police department started looking at her case and came across a name he wanted to mark off of his suspect list. This would lead to the one break in the case that the department needed and help bring a killer to justice.
